Day 1: Marrakech - Atlas Mountains - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades :
On the first day of our 3 days Marrakech to Fes desert tour, we will pick you up from Marrakech around 08:00 am, and then we will drive south through the High Atlas Mountains and Tizi n’Tichka (the highest road pass). We will stop to admire the impressive scenery, the panoramic view of Atlas and Berber villages, and take a break for a cup of coffee or tea. We will continue to visit Eben Haddou Castle, where many famous Hollywood movies have been filmed, such as Gladiator, Mummy, Game of Thrones, etc. This is also one of the important strongholds on the Old Salt Road. The caravan brought slaves, gold, ivory, salt, and silk from several African countries. After the castle, we will pass by the city of Ouarzazate, or what we call the gate of the desert, where we will stop to film the famous Tauriltan castle, visit the film studio, and then we will continue to The journey to the Dades Valley passes through Skoura, Mgouna Valley (Rose Valley) and different Berber villages. We will stay overnight in Dades.
Day 2 : Dades Gorges - Toudra Gorges - Erfoud Merzouga Dunes :
After breakfast, we will start our desert journey from Dades to the Erg-Chebbi Sahara Desert. The first stop will be in the Todra Gorge, which is the largest canyon in Morocco. In the Todra Gorge, you will have free time to stroll along the river and explore the Todra Gorge. Then we will drive to Erfoud, where We will feel the beginning of the Sahara Desert, we will stop for lunch at some restaurants, and then we continue to the Merzouga Desert, after a few minutes relaxing in a hotel in Merzouga, we go to ride a camel, they wait to Take us to an amazing adventure in the dunes. We will spend the night in a desert camp with drum music in the middle of the Sahara Desert. This is a great opportunity to shoot sunset and sunrise. After arriving at the camp, we will enjoy the sunset on the top of the mountain in the high sand dunes. We will spend the night in a nomadic tent.
Day 3 : Merzouga desert - Zizi Valley - Azerou Forest - Ifrane - Fes :
Start early this morning and you will see a peaceful and beautiful sunrise. After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the camp, you can choose to ride a camel back to the camp or leave the camp in a 4×4 vehicle. Leave Merzouga and drive to Fez. On the way, you will stop in a panoramic view of the Ziz Valley, which is full of palm trees and some villages. In the cedar forest of Central Atlas, you may see some Barbary apes, one of the few species that live in cold climates. Stop for a break in the city of Ifrane for a cup of coffee. This city is known as the Switzerland of Morocco. The 3 days Marrakech to Fes desert tour will end at your residence in the middle of the night.
